Megan has been with Color Us Kids since 1999 and at the Carrollton location since it opened in 2003. She and her husband live in Carrollton with their two young children.

"I love being the Director at Color Us Kids. It is my job to make sure that the staff, parents, and children are always happy to be with us and assist in their every need at Color Us Kids. Assistant Director - Karen Groff

Karen has been with Color Us Kids since 2003 and has over ten years of experience working in childcare. She and her husband live in Bowdon with their two children.

"I really enjoy working as the Assistant Director because I am able to interact with all of the children, parents, and staff here at Color Us Kids. I help run the day to day activities here at the center, and I'm happy to assist parents in any way I can. I also support our teaching staff by ensuring that they have everything they need to make each classroom a fun and safe learning environment for the children. Shay has been with Color Us Kids since she was hired as a teacher in 1994. She and her husband live in Douglasville with their three children, Austin, Dallas, and Houston.

"Because I've been in a classroom, I am constantly giving the teachers new ideas and bring new books for them to use. I send home monthly newsletters, plan fun days and events within the center." -Ms. Shay

Assistant Director - Christie Couey

Christie joined Color Us Kids in May 2006 and has four years of professional childcare experience. She also has two young children of her own, ages 2 and 4.

"I have incorporated a lot in the classroom to make the children eager to learn, and parents appreciate my advice on potty training. I also like to direct parents to websites like www.childfun.com and www.kaboose.com." -Ms. Christie
